“Nabili mo ba ang load sa tama at walang patong na presyo? Yes o No?”

How many times have you come across this message from AutoLoadMAX? Well, of all those times, how many of them have you actually replied to? Should you even reply at all?

Well you should. Especially to reward people who make an earnest living out of what small gains selling load has. I’ve replied to this text for 3 times since I buy my globe load from a friend. She sells load on the right amount and it’s really helpful so, in turn, I replied thrice to 26621 with a Yes. Replying is free, by the way.

A couple of weeks later, my friend got a call from a Globe representative asking if she could be met because she won a draw. She didn’t give her address, but instead gave a landmark (Robinsons Malolos) where they could meet so she could claim the prize. We went with her to keep her safe because we could never really know what’s up. True enough, she won a stand fan! It was all because she sold load at the correct price.

It’s great that Globe rewards honest salesmanship, but I’ve still yet to learn what happens when people text back with “No” repeatedly but I have observed that those who do put an extra peso or two on the original price are much nicer when saying “May 2 pesos po na dagdag, Ma’am/Sir (There’s an extra 2 peso charge, Ma’am/Sir)”.
